This is how my turkey stuffed peppers turned out! I even ate most of half of mine! 🙂 I served this up with a big green leaf and spinach salad topped with almonds and a sprinkle of Mexican cheese. We used Ken’s Light Honey Mustard dressing (and I threw on a little drizzle of Maple Balsamic for flare). We sliced an apple for dessert!
We also both worked out today! Go us!
